To start your gourmet experience, you should taste:

  •  Marinated Loctudy Mackerel filet, aubergine Tempura, avocado cream,
    mini leek salad and a Tumeric touch.
  •  Fricassee and Royal of turnip-rooted parsley, persillade of sauteed razor clam, lemongrass foam.

For the main course, choose from on or the other;

  • Pollock from our coasts poached in red cabbage, cabbage hotchpotch,
    fumet of fish and coriander foam
  • Veal chop, sage jus, organic carrot from the Plaines’farm,
    roasted carrot, condiment in a barigoule way

For dessert, • On a coconut biscuit, light vanilla cream, figue compote and honey ice-cream
